Reflection on Use of Technology in Education  The use of technology in education has transformed the learning landscape,  offering both opportunities  and challenges. Technology has  bridged geographical  and physical barriers, making education  accessible to learners worldwide. Online  platforms provide resources for remote and under privileged  communities . The College encourages all educators to be innovative in all spheres. Encouraging innovation can be linked to fostering problems solving skills, not only with educators but their students as well.  It is necessary for educators to become more innovative as their innovations can become essential learning tools for their students. One can note that collaboration among educators, is another key factor which is critical for sharing information, ideas, problems and formulating any needed solutions.
