This standard focuses on the importance of innovation, fostering problem solving and collaboration. The College encourages all educators to be innovative in all spheres. Encouraging innovation can be linked to fostering problems solving skills, not only with educators but their students as well.
It is necessary for educators to become more innovative as their innovations can become essential learning tools for their students. One can note that collaboration among educators, is another key factor which is critical for sharing information, ideas, problems and formulating any needed solutions.
Therefore applications in Microsoft 365, such as Microsoft Ignite 2024 and Microsoft 365 Copilot, can be used by teachers to enhance their innovation.

Educational leaders, teachers and students can enhance their creativity by designing their own template, for Microsoft Power Point application. Having the ability to manipulate the technology also fosters a culture of innovation. Educators can be more creative in designing their own templates and also teach their students how to create their own Power Points.

In this current educational climate, innovation is so necessary. To meet the needs of our current students, teachers need to be creative thinkers. The traditional forms of teaching will no longer suffice. This post truly explains this.
