With this standard the use of  information or data gathered, is  to gauge how the 

students are progressing. It assists  in developing assessments that can  track 

the students' progress. In Microsoft 365, the Excel component  can be used to 

gather student data in terms of there academics, personal information and can 

also be used widely across the board, by educational leaders for various 

analytical reasons.  Therefore, Microsoft Excel can be used to track:

  • Assignment Completion Rates
  • Grades & Performance Trends
  • Time Spent on Learning Platforms
  • Quizz & Test Results
  • Identify Students at Risk
